We are going to make an effort to raise our own meat birds here very soon. I don't want anything grown in China, and I'm not happy with the process farms state side either.
Sadly, we didn't get to raise any meat birds this summer due to a way-too-busy life, but next spring...
Thankfully, we still have a few birds in the freezer from last year and have access to a local farmer who raises them. Chicken from China? Why? Are there not enough American farmers? sigh.
Ahhh, no thanks...we have enough problems of our own. I want my chicken American farm raised.
